摘　　要：当前中国癌症现状及发展趋势给中国医疗卫生事业带来了严峻的考验,而肿瘤专科护理作为肿瘤病人诊疗过程中的重要环节同样面临前所未有的挑战.目前包括肿瘤放疗护理、化疗护理、恶性肿瘤围手术期护理、介入治疗护理、康复护理、姑息护理等肿瘤专科护理已经不能满足临床需要.中医护理是在中医基本理论指导下的护理工作,具有独特的护理理念和中国特色.本文聚焦中医护理在肿瘤专科护理临床实践中的研究进展展开综述,旨在为肿瘤病患提供更优质且具有中国特色护理服务,从而更好地满足肿瘤科患者多元化的护理需求.The current situation and development trend of cancer patients in China have put forward a severe test to China’s medical and health services.As an important link in the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients,oncology specialty nursing is also facing unprecedented challenges.At present,tumor specialized nursing including tumor radiotherapy nursing,chemotherapy nursing,malignant tumor perioperative nursing,interventional nursing,rehabilitation nursing,palliative nursing cannot meet the clinical needs.TCM nursing is a nursing work under the guidance of the basic theories of TCM,with a unique nursing concept and Chinese characteristics.This paper reviews the research progress of TCM nursing in the clinical practice of oncology nursing,in order to provide better nursing services with Chinese characteristics for cancer patients and further meet the diversified nursing needs of oncology patients.
