白介素6联合血清淀粉样蛋白A在小儿肺炎诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析白介素6(IL-6)联合血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)诊治小儿肺炎的价值。方法选择仪征市人民医院2023年1月-2024年2月收治的肺炎患儿100例作为观察组研究对象,选择该院同期接诊的健康体检儿童100例作为对照组研究对象,均检验IL-6及SAA指标,同时针对观察组肺炎患儿进行治疗,并于治疗后3d、7d检验IL-6及SAA指标,对比观察组肺炎患儿与对照组健康体检儿童两项指标结果,同时对比观察组患儿治疗前后两项指标结果。计算两项指标单一检验及联合检验诊断肺炎疾病的灵敏度及准确率。结果经检验,观察组肺炎患儿IL-6、SAA均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3d后两项指标低于治疗前,治疗7d后两项指标检验值低于治疗3d后及治疗前(P<0.05)。经计算,IL-6联合SAA诊断肺炎疾病的灵敏度、准确率高于单一检验(P<0.05)。结论通过白介素6联合血清淀粉样蛋白A检验诊断小儿肺炎疾病具有较高的灵敏度与准确率,同时评估肺炎患儿的早期诊断效果较好,值得临床借鉴。Objective Analyze the value of interleukin-6(IL-6)combined with serum amyloid protein(SAA)in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 100 children with pneumonia admitted to Yizheng People’s Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects of the observation group,and 100 healthy children who received physical examinations at the same time were selected as the control group.IL-6 and SAA indicators were tested in all cases,and treatment was given to the observation group of pneumonia patients.IL-6 and SAA indicators were tested at 3 and 7 days after treatment,and the results of the two indicators were compared between the observation group of pneumonia patients and the control group of healthy children.At the same time,the results of the two indicators before and after treatment were compared in the observation group of children.Calculate the sensitivity and accuracy of single test and joint test for diagnosing pneumonia disease using two indicators.Results After testing,the IL-6 and SAA levels in the observation group of pneumonia patients were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the two indicators in the observation group were lower than before treatment.After 7 days of treatment,the test values of the two indicators in the observation group were lower than after 3 days of treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).After calculation,the sensitivity and accuracy of IL-6 combined with SAA in diagnosing pneumonia disease were higher than those of a single test(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of interleukin-6 and serum amyloid protein A test has high sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosing pediatric pneumonia,and also evaluates the early diagnostic effect of pneumonia in children,which is worthy of clinical reference.
