临床药师对1例化疗导致急性肾衰竭引发患者电解质紊乱的药学监护

摘　　要：目的为临床药师参与子宫颈恶性肿瘤化疗的药学监护提供参考依据。方法临床药师参与1例化疗导致急性肾衰竭引发患者电解质紊乱治疗过程,在对患者临床用药的监护过程中,为临床医师提供药物治疗信息及药物不良反应处理措施,分析使用顺铂后出现急性肾损伤导致低钾血症不良反应发生原因,及时给予医师停用部分药物、补充电解质及更换下次化疗用药的建议。结果临床药师在患者治疗过程中发现化疗导致急性肾衰竭引发电解质紊乱不良反应,及时协助医师进行停药处理,并提供不良反应处置方案,患者后续好转出院。结论临床药师协助医师制定子宫颈恶性肿瘤化疗导致肾衰竭不良反应的药物治疗策略,利用药物不良反应相关专业知识,在保障患者用药安全方面发挥有效的积极作用。Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in the pharmaceutical care of cervical malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a patient with hypokalemia caused by acute renal failure caused by chemotherapy,provided the clinician with drug treatment information and adverse drug reaction management during the monitoring of the patient’s clinical medication,and analyzed the causes of adverse reactions caused by hypokalemia caused by acute kidney injury after the use of cisplatin.Give doctors timely advice on stopping some drugs,supplementing electrolytes and changing the next chemotherapy drugs.Results During the treatment of the patient,the clinical pharmacist found that the adverse reaction of hypokalemia caused by acute renal failure caused by chemotherapy,assisted the physician to stop the drug in time,and provided the adverse reaction treatment plan,and the patient was subsequently improved and discharged from hospital.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists assist physicians in formulating drug treatment strategies for adverse reactions to renal failure caused by chemotherapy for malignant cervical tumors,and play an effective and positive role in ensuring the safety of patients’medication by using professional knowledge related to adverse drug reactions.
