2022年-2023年门急诊抗菌药物处方的合理用药点评分析

摘　　要：目的分析点评2022年-2023年门急诊抗菌药物处方用药的合理性。方法以如东县中医院2022年1月-2023年12月门急诊抗菌药物处方2526张作为研究资料进行回顾性分析,以《处方管理办法》、药物使用说明书等作为依据,总结门急诊常用抗菌药物种类,对处方用药的合理性进行点评,计算不合理用药发生率,归纳总结不合理用药处方的具体情况。结果据统计,门急诊常用抗菌药物包括:头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类等。经点评,此次2526张处方中,总计135张处方为不合理处方,占比5.34%,不合理处方具体情况为:用法用量不合理、书写不规范、联合用药不当、遴选药物不当、适应证不适宜、剂型用药不当。结论如东县中医院2022年-2023年门急诊抗菌药物使用较为合理,但仍存在一些不合理处方,比较常见的情况为用法用量不当及书写不规范,应针对此方面内容强化管理,尽可能减少不合理用药问题,保障患者用药安全。Objective Analyze and evaluate the rationality of antimicrobial drug prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments from 2022 to 2023.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2526 prescriptions of resistant drugs in outpatient and emergency departments of Rudong County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.Based on the“Prescription Management Measures”and drug user manuals,the commonly used types of antibacterial drugs in outpatient and emergency departments were summarized,and the rationality of prescription medication was evaluated.The incidence of unreasonable medication was calculated,and the specific situation of unreasonable medication prescriptions was summarized.Results According to statistics,commonly used antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments include cephalosporins,quinolones,etc.According to the review,out of the 2526 prescriptions,a total of 135 prescriptions were unreasonable,accounting for 5.34%.The specific situations of unreasonable prescriptions were:unreasonable usage and dosage,non-standard writing,improper combination therapy,improper drug selection,abnormal prescriptions,and repeated administration.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the outpatient and emergency departments of Rudong County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2022 to 2023 is relatively reasonable,but there are still some unreasonable prescriptions.The most common cases are improper usage and dosage,and non-standard writing.Therefore,management should be strengthened in this regard to minimize the problem of unreasonable medication and ensure the safety of patient medication.
