对脑梗死患者采取超声诊断的效果及对其颈动脉硬化型改变的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对脑梗死患者采取超声诊断的效果及对其颈动脉硬化型改变的影响。方法选取祁阳市人民医院超声医学科2022年5月-2023年12月期间接诊的47例脑梗死患者为A组,47名同期健康体检者为B组,均进行超声检查,对比诊断结果。结果A组收缩期颈总动脉内径、血管平均IMT、最大IMT高于B组(均P<0.05);A组中血管数量≥2条比例57.45%、混合及低回声比例68.09%、有斑块比例80.0%高于B组的23.40%、40.43%、57.45%,对比差异显著(均P<0.05);A组收缩峰值速度、舒张末期速度低于B组,阻力指数高于B组(均P<0.05);A组颈动脉狭窄率95.21%高于B组的5.95%(均P<0.05)。结论超声检查诊断价值较高,通过评价颈动脉硬化型改变,有效预测脑梗死风险。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound diagnosis on patients with cerebral infarction and its impact on changes in carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 47 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated by the Ultrasound Medicine Department of Qiyang People's Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as group A,and 47 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as group B.All patients underwent ultrasound examination and the diagnostic results were compared.Results The systolic carotid artery diameter,mean IMT,and maximum IMT in group A were higher than those in group B(all P<0.05);the proportion of blood vessels with≥2 in group A was 57.45%,the proportion of mixed and hypoechoic vessels was 68.09%,and the proportion of plaques was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than that in group B(23.40%,40.43%,57.45%)(all P<0.05);the peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity of group A were lower than those of group B,and the resistance index was higher than that of group B(both P<0.05);the carotid artery stenosis rate in group A was 95.21%higher than that in group B(5.95%)(both P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination has high diagnostic value and can effectively predict the risk of cerebral infarction by evaluating changes in carotid atherosclerosis.
