摘　　要：目的分析侧向旋转吸痰护理干预对有创呼吸机治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿的影响。方法于2021年7月-2024年7月选取120例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿,依据随机数字表法选出60例患儿实施常规吸痰护理干预(参照组),另外60例患儿采取侧向旋转吸痰护理干预(观察组),评估两组患儿实施效果。结果护理后,观察组血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率更优,P<0.05;观察组舒适度评分更高,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率更低,拔管成功率更高,P<0.05。结论采用侧向旋转吸痰护理干预可有效减少有创呼吸机治疗重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿的并发症发生率,提高患儿的舒适度和拔管的成功率,具有推广价值。Objective Analysis of the impact of lateral rotational sputum suction nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure treated with invasive ventilators.Methods From July 2021 to July 2024,120 children with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure were selected,and 60 children were selected to receive routine sputum aspiration nursing intervention(reference group)and the other 60 children received lateral rotation sputum aspiration nursing intervention(observation group)according to random number table method,and the implementation effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results After nursing,the observation group showed better blood oxygen saturation,heart rate,and respiratory rate(P<0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower and the success rate of extubation was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lateral sputum aspiration nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children with severe pneumonia complicated by respiratory failure with invasive ventilator,improve the comfort level of children and the success rate of extubation,and has the value of popularization.
