护理干预对髋部骨折患者围手术期失血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期护理措施对髋部骨折患者在手术期间出血情况的影响。方法收集2023年1月1日-2024年3月1日在我院进行闭合复位髓内钉术治疗的老年髋部骨折患者62例,将患者随机分配为两个组别,即对照组和观察组。其中,对照组接受标准的骨科护理流程;而观察组则实施专门的围手术期护理干预措施,对两组患者围手术期的平均失血量以及围手术期并发症的平均发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组中髋部骨折患者的围手术期平均失血量以及围手术期并发症的平均发生率显著低于对照组,这一差异在统计学上具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于髋部骨折患者,采取积极的围手术期护理干预可以显著减少其围手术期的平均失血量,围手术期并发症平均发生率也有所降低,在一定程度上提升了髋部骨折患者的围手术期安全。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing measures on bleeding of patients with hip fracture during operation.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent closed reduction and intramedullary nailing from January 1,2023 to March 1,2024 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received standard orthopaedic nursing procedures,while the observation group received special perioperative nursing interventions,the average blood loss and the average incidence of perioperative complications were collected and compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the average blood loss and the average incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active perioperative nursing intervention can significantly reduce the average blood loss of hip fracture patients during the perioperative period.The average incidence of perioperative complications also decreased,which improved the safety of hip fracture patients.
