加味柴胡舒肝散联合舍曲林对早泄(肝气郁结型)患者病情改善情况及性生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析加味柴胡舒肝散联合舍曲林对早泄(PE)(肝气郁结型)患者病情改善情况及性生活质量的影响。方法共纳入乐安县中医院接收的93例PE(肝气郁结型)患者,时间为2022年2月-2024年3月,以随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=47)、观察组(n=46),对照组接受舍曲林治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合加味柴胡舒肝散治疗,疗程为4周,比较两组疗效;于治疗前、后,比较两组病情改善情况[通过中医证候评分、阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)判断]、性生活质量[参照中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE-5)评估]。结果与对照组总有效率(80.85%)相比,观察组(95.65%)更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分下降,IELT值提高,且观察组变化更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CIPE-5评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味柴胡舒肝散联合舍曲林应用于PE患者中,可提高治疗效果,降低中医证候积分、延长IELT,改善病情,提高性生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sertralin on the condition improvement and life quality of patients with premature ejaculation(PE)(liver qi stagnation type).Methods A total of 93 patients with PE(liver qi depression)received in Le’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to March 2024 were included and divided into two groups by random number table method,namely control group(n=47)and observation group(n=46),and the control group received sertrone treatment.On this basis,the observation group was combined with modified Chaihu Shugan Powder for a course of 4 weeks,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Before and after treatment,the condition improvement of the two groups[judged by TCM symptom score,vaginal ejaculation latency(IELT)]and sexual life quality[evaluated by referring to the Chinese Sexual Function Evaluation Table for Premature ejaculation Patients(CIPE-5)]were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of control group(80.85%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score decreased and IELT value increased in the two groups,and the change was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CIPE-5 score of both groups was improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Sertralin in PE patients can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce TCM syndrome score,prolong IELT,improve the condition and improve the quality of sexual life.
