耳穴压豆结合改良导引易筋经九鬼拔马刀式治疗中老年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良导引易筋经九鬼拔马刀式结合耳穴压豆干预中老年颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对2023年10月-2024年4月本科室接诊中老年颈型颈椎患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用推拿科常规护理及耳穴压豆方式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合改良导引易筋经九鬼拔马刀式锻炼治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分、颈椎疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,并记录两组患者的不良事件发生情况。结果①颈椎活动度方面,观察组与对照组治疗后第10天、第20天、第30天的NDI评分均较治疗前(第0天)明显降低(P<0.05)。组间比较,观察组治疗后第20天、第30天的NDI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②颈部疼痛方面,两组患者治疗后第10天、第20天、第30天的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。组间比较,观察组治疗后第20天、第30天的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论耳穴压豆结合改良导引易筋经九鬼拔马刀式对中老年颈椎病患者颈椎疼痛缓解效果维持时间长,有效降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified guiding Yijinjing Jiugui Bamadao and auricular point pressing beans on middle-aged and elderly cervical spondylosis.Methods From October 2023 to April 2024,80 cases of middle-aged and elderly cervical spondylosis were treated,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional tuina nursing and ear acupressure therapy,while the observation group was treated with modified guided Yijinjing Jiugui Bamadao exercise therapy based on the control group.Cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)score and cervical spine pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score were observed before and after treatment,and adverse events were recorded.Results①In terms of cervical range of motion,the NDI scores on days 10,20 and 30 of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(day 0)(P<0.05).Between groups,the NDI scores on days 20 and 30 after treatment of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).②In terms of neck pain,the VAS scores on days 10,20 and 30 in group 2 were significantly lower compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Between the groups,the VAS scores on days 20 and 30 after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of ear acupressure and improved guidance of the Yijinjing Jiugui Bamadao has a long-lasting effect on relieving cervical pain in middleaged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis,effectively reducing the recurrence rate.
