艾灸八脉交会穴结合针刺治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸八脉交会穴结合针刺治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效。方法选取2023年-2024年在吉林省吉林中西医结合医院进行治疗的心肾不交型不寐患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。两组均给予针刺治疗,在此基础上,治疗组采用艾灸内关穴(双侧)、公孙穴(双侧),两组均连续治疗5d,休息2d,共治疗3周。观察两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查表、阿森斯失眠量表、中医证候积分量表评分变化情况,评估两组临床疗效。结果治疗后两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数调查表、阿森斯失眠量表、中医证候积分量表评分均有所下降(P均<0.001),且治疗组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.001);治疗组治疗后临床总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.001)。结论运用艾灸八脉交会穴结合针刺治疗心肾不交型不寐,对患者的失眠情况改善明显,可有效提高睡眠质量,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia.Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiorenal insomnia treated in Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Jilin Province from 2023 to 2024 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given acupuncture treatment,and on this basis,the treatment group was treated with moxibustion Neiguan acupoint(bilateral)and Gongsun acupoint(bilateral),and both groups were treated continuously for 5 days,rested for 2 days,and treated for a total of 3 weeks.The changes in the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire,the Athens Insomnia Scale and the TCM Syndrome Score Scale were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire,the Athens Insomnia Scale,and the TCM Syndrome Score Scale decreased in the two groups(all P<0.001),and the improvement of all indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(all P<0.001),and the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of the eight-pulse intersection acupoint combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cardiorenal insomnia can significantly improve the insomnia of patients,effectively improve sleep quality,and have significant clinical efficacy.
