摘 要:目的建立金木祛湿颗粒制备与质量控制的方法。方法制备采用水提醇沉法提取流膏,加辅料制得颗粒。质量控制采用薄层色谱法对木棉花、金银花、槐花进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果金木祛湿颗粒为黄棕色颗粒,味甜,微酸。金木祛湿颗粒的木棉花、金银花、槐花薄层色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,且阴性对照无干扰。含量测定中绿原酸浓度在0.0112-0.0896mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=19624x-170.56,r=0.9992。平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.17%(n=6)。结论建立的金木祛湿颗粒制备和质量控制方法可用于其制剂生产。Objective To establish a method for the preparation and quality control of Jinmu Qushi granules.Methods The liquid paste was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the particles were prepared by adding auxiliary materials.Quality control using thin layer chromatography to identify kapok,honeysuckle and locust flower qualitatively;the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.Results Jinmu Qushi granules were yellow-brown granules with sweet taste and slightly sour taste.In the TLC of xylocok,honeylonicera and sophora of Jinmu Qushi granules,the same color spots were found in the corresponding positions of the control herbs,and the negative control had no interference.The concentration of chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0112-0.0896 mg/mL,and the regression equation was y=19624x-170.56,r=0.9992.The average yield was 98.7%and RSD was 1.17%(n=6).Conclusion The method for preparation and quality control of Jinmu Qushi granules can be used for preparation of Jinmu Qushi granules.
