摘  要:超导螺线管可产生稳定均匀的磁场,将多个螺线管组合则可达成大区域、高场强、高均匀度的磁场目标。本文研究的分体式磁体就设计了由多个螺线管分组嵌套而成的线圈组件,通过对磁体线圈的绕制、降温及励磁过程进行了建模与计算,分析其在多种载荷作用下的力学行为。结果表明:线圈在恒预张力作用下绕制后其内部环向应力远大于径向应力,且截面为“半工字型”的绕线骨架因线圈挤压发生了向外张开的微小变形;通电后线圈组件中心处磁场为5 T且均匀性良好,线圈主要受到电磁力轴向分量的作用而有相互靠近的变形趋势;线圈组件因降温和电磁力而产生的变形和应力不超过承载极限,未对其电磁性能产生大的影响,表明该磁体结构具有很好的稳定性。相关结果为该分体式磁体的设计和研制给出了重要指导,为未来更复杂超导磁体的设计和研制提供了途径。Superconducting solenoids can produce steady and uniform magnetic fields and then combination of several sole-noids can achieve the desired large area,high field strength,and high uniformity of the magnetic field.The split magnet in the study is made up of a coil assembly nested from two groups of solenoids.The winding,cooling and excitation processes of the coil assembly were modeled and calculated,the mechanical behavior of the coil assembly under different loads was analyzed.The out-comes indicate that the hoop stress is significantly greater than radial stress of coils set because of pre-tension,and the coils ex-trusion cause a small deformation of the"Semi-I"skeleton.The magnetic induction intensity at the center of the coil assembly reaches 5 T with good uniformity after excitation,and the coil sets are mainly affected by the axial component of electromagnetic force which causes a tendency to deform close to each other.Besides,nice stability of the magnet structure is shown by the de-formations and strains caused by cooling and electromagnetic forces in the coil assembly,which do not surpass the load-bearing limit and do not significantly affect its electromagnetic performance.The results give valuable guidance for the manufacturing of the split magnet,and offer a path for the future investigation and construction of more intricate superconducting magnets.
