摘 要:122系铁基超导材料随着近年来性能的不断提高,引起了科研工作者的广泛关注。粉末装管法(PIT)工艺制备的122系铁基超导带材需要进行热处理来获得所需的超导性能,热处理过程便决定了其性能是否可靠。为了解热处理温度对铁基超导带材性能的影响,本文分别在880、850、800和700℃对铁基超导带材进行热处理。结果表明,热处理温度越低,带材剩余电阻比和临界电流越小。850℃和880℃热处理后带材性能基本一致,是最适合铁基超导带材的热处理温度。With the continuous improvement of the performance of 122 iron-based superconducting materials(IBS)in recent years,it has attracted extensive attention from scientific researchers.The 122 series of IBS tapes prepared by the Powder-In-Tube loading(PIT)method need to be heat treated to obtain the required superconducting properties,and the heat treatment process determines whether the properties are reliable or not.In order to understand the effect of heat treatment temperature on the properties of IBS tapes,880,850,800 and 700℃were used to heat IBS tapes,respectively.The results show that the lower the heat treatment temperature,the smaller the critical current and residual resistance ratio of the tapes.The properties of the tapes after heat treatments of 850℃and 880℃are basically the same,and it is the most suitable heat treatment temperature for IBS tapes.
