摘 要:本文采用仿真手段探索不同压缩机转速控制方式对系统性能和能耗的影响,在整车热负荷2000 W,从65℃降至25℃的过程中,从能耗角度出发,不同初始压缩机转速对应的降温阶段能效不同,压缩机转速在4000 rpm时效率最高为2.48,随着压缩机转速的提升或降低,系统能效不断下降,初始压缩机转速4000 rpm比8000 rpm,在前1000 s内能耗降低122 W。在相同的工况下,不同的转速控制方式对能效会起到不同的影响,研究结果表明,提升压缩机能效,降低压缩机功率,不可避免的会延长达到乘员舱目标温度的时间,让压缩机工作在最佳转速区间具有更好的能耗体现,相比控制压缩机增减速率的方式,节能效果是其2.75倍,降温速率提升97 s。In this paper,simulation methods were used to explore the influence of different compressor speed control methods on system performance and energy consumption of elctric vehicle(EV).Under the condition of the vehicle heat load of 2000 W,the temperature of the cabin is reduced from 65℃to 25℃,different initial compressor speed corresponds to different energy efficiency in the cooling stage from the perspective of energy consumption.The highest efficiency is 2.48 for 4000 rpm.As the compressor speed increases or decreases,the system energy efficiency decreases continuously.Compared to compressor speed 8000 rpm,4000 rpm has an average energy consumption of 122 W lower over 1000 s.In the same working conditions,different speed control methods will have different impacts on energy efficiency.The results show that improving compressor energy efficiency and reducing compressor power will inevitably extend the time to reach the target temperature of the cabin.Compared with the control by means of increasing or decreasing the compressor speed,the compressor operation in the best speed range has a better energy consumption,the energy saving effect is 2.75 times higher,and the cooling rate is increased by 97 s.
