摘 要:C波段宽带低温接收机是射电望远镜探测终端,用于接收宇宙中极微弱的微波信号,是研究宇宙观测谱线的核心设备,通过GM制冷机工作在20 K以下。为实现接收机宽带噪声温度指标20 K,放大器尺寸从传统的隔离器集成结构的90 mm*40 mm*20 mm缩小到20 mm*30 mm*15 mm,有效降低重量负载,噪声温度达到7 K。平衡式放大器具有双路信号,可备份运行,提高系统可靠性。接收机的低相噪变频器将接收的信号传输到数字终端,相位噪声可达到-96 dBc/Hz@1 kHz,可满足实际应用需求。As a core terminal of RF telescope, the wideband low temperature receiver at C waveband was used to receive very-weak microwave signals from the universe so as to study the cosmic spectral lines, usually working below 20 K through a GM refrigerator.In order to achieve the noise temperature below 20 K and the size shift of the amplifier from 90*40 *20 mm to 20*30*15 mm, the structure designs of feed source, low temperature microwave unit and room temperature IF unit in the receiver were optimized.The results show that the noise temperature reaches 7 K and the weight is reduced.The balanced amplifier has dual signals for back-up operation, improving system reliability.The receiver's low-phase noise inverter achieves a phase noise of-96 dBc/Hz@1 kHz to meet the needs of the application.
