摘  要:中空玻璃微球因其较优的绝热性能、较低的维护成本被认为是适用于大型液氢球罐的绝热材料。由于相关实验数据的缺乏,本文利用建造的1 m3液氢试验球罐,在初始充装率为50%和90%的情况下进行液氮蒸发率测试,测得液氮静态蒸发率分别为2.19%和2.53%。由实验结果推算中空玻璃微球绝热层表观导热系数为1.19×10^(-3)W/(m·K),利用理论公式计算该值为1.85×10^(-3)W/(m·K)。预测了某25 m^(3)中空玻璃微球绝热液氢球罐的蒸发率为0.81%。Insulating glass microspheres were considered to be the thermal-insulating materials for large liquid hydrogen spherical tanks because of their excellent thermal-insulating performance and low maintenance cost. Based on a liqiud hydrogen spherical tank with 1 m~3 for test, while liquid nitrogen(LN_(2)) was filled to 50% and 80%, the static evaporation rates of LN_(2) were measured at 2.19% and 2.53% respectively. The apparent thermal conductivity of the insulation layer with the insulating glass microsphere is 1.19×10^(-3) W/(m·K) by experiment and 1.85×10^(-3) W/(m·K) by the theoretical formula. The evaporation rate of the liquid hydrogen tank with insulating glass microsphere and 25 m^(3)was predicted to be 0.81%.
