摘　　要：党的第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议审议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》明确指出,“深化金融体制改革”,充分体现了党中央对金融工作的高度重视。金融作为国家核心竞争力的重要组成部分,以金融高质量发展推进中国式现代化源于党长期领导金融事业的经验启示、加快建设金融强国的现实需求以及防范化解重大金融风险的目标要求,决定了中国特色金融市场体系、机构体系、产品体系及监管体系的建设成效。新征程上进一步全面深化金融体制改革,需厘清新时期推动金融工作发展的实践路径,着力提升金融服务实体经济质效、金融服务的普惠性、金融机构的竞争力与金融监管的有效性,以金融高质量发展为推进中国式现代化提供有力支撑。The"resolution of the central committee of the CPC on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese-style modernization,"which was adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC,explicitly states the need to"deepen reform of the financial system",fully reflecting the great importance the CPC attaches to financial work.Finance is a crucial component of the nation's core competitiveness.Advancing Chinese-style modernization through high-quality financial development is rooted in the Party's long-term experience in leading financial endeavours,the practical need to accelerate the construction of a financial powerhouse,and the goal of forestalling major financial risks.These factors determine the effectiveness of building China's unique financial market system,institutional system,product system,and regulatory system.On this new journey,further deepening financial system reforms requires clarifying the practical approaches for advancing financial work in the new era,focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of financial services for the real economy,enhancing the inclusiveness of financial services,boosting the competitiveness of financial institutions,and strengthening the effectiveness of financial regulation.High-quality financial development will provide strong support for advancing Chinese-style modernization.
