国内统一大市场建设对外资利用的影响——基于中国省级面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：基于2003—2019年的中国省级面板数据,本文通过实证分析,考察了国内统一大市场建设对外资利用的影响。结果显示,以市场一体化衡量的统一大市场建设显著地促进了地区层面的外资利用。剔除直辖市和自治区样本、采取工具变量法和更换核心解释变量等稳健性检验也得到了类似的结论。机制分析显示,经济增长、进出口和国内贸易是市场一体化促进地区外资利用的重要渠道。此外,我们还考察了要素市场的一体化,劳动力市场的一体化程度还比较低,未能体现出对外资流入的促进作用,而资本市场一体化则显著促进了地区的外资利用。Based on provincial panel data from 2003 to 2019 in China,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the construction of an integrated domestic market on the utilization of foreign direct investment.The estimation results show that the construction of an integrated domestic market has significantly promoted the utilization of foreign investment at the regional level.Similar conclusions are obtained through robustness checks such as excluding samples of municipalities and autonomous regions,using instrumental variable method,and replacing core explanatory variables.Mechanism analyses show that economic growth,imports and exports,and domestic trade are important channels for market integration to promote regional foreign investment utilization.We also examine the integration of factor markets.The degree of integration of the labor market is still relatively low and has not produced any promoting effect on foreign investment,while the integration of the capital market significantly promotes the utilization of foreign investment.
