聚焦超声联合滋阴补肾方治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床应用及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦超声联合滋阴补肾方在外阴上皮内非瘤样病变中的治疗效果以及安全性观察。方法:选取2022.5-2024.5收治的外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者120例,分为观察组、对照组,各60例。观察组给予聚焦超声局部治疗以及口服滋阴补肾方,对照组仅给予聚焦超声局部治疗。比较相关指标。结果:与对照组相比,观察组能够进一步缩小病变面积,降低外阴瘙痒评分和皮肤弹性评分,并提高总治疗有效率,降低复发率(P<0.05)。此外,观察组治疗后VEGF表达升高,CD34表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声联合滋阴补肾方能够快速有效的治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变,具有较高的治疗有效率,且复发率低。且联合治疗可通过改善血管内皮生长因子和血管标志物CD34表达,改善病灶局部微循环,进而表现出优异的疗效。Objective:To Explore the therapeutic effect and safety observation of focused ultrasound combined with nourishing yin and kidney formula in non tumor like lesions of the external genitalia epithelium.Methods:A total of 120 patients with non-tumor lesions admitted to 2022.5-2024.5 were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases each.The observation group was given local treatment with focal ultrasound and oral nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney,while the control group was only given local treatment with focal ultrasound.Compare the relevant indicators.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group was able to further reduce the lesion area,reduce the vulva pruritus score and skin elasticity score,and improve the overall treatment response rate,and reduce the recurrence rate(P<0.05).In addition,VE GF expression was increased and CD34 expression was decreased in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:Focused ultrasound combined with nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney prescription can quickly and effectively treat non-tumor lesions in the vulva epithelium,with high therapeutic effective rate and low recurrence rate.Moreover,the combination treatment can improve the local microcirculation of the lesions by improving the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and vascular marker CD34,and then show excellent efficacy.
