宫腔镜电切术治疗老年子宫内膜息肉致子宫异常出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜下电切术治疗老年子宫内膜息肉致子宫异常出血的效果及安全性。方法100例老年子宫内膜息肉致子宫异常出血患者随机分为两组,对照组接受传统刮宫术,观察组接受宫腔镜电切术,比较两组的疗效、炎性因子水平及并发症。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-6、IL-1β、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗老年子宫内膜息肉致子宫异常出血患者的效果显著,可降低炎性因子水平,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect and safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps in the elderly.Methods 100 elderly patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional curettage,and the observation group received hysteroscopic electrotomy.The efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and complication were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand IFN-γof the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of elderly patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps has significant effect and high safety,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
