眼前节OCT对高度近视白内障患者超声乳化术后人工晶状体与后囊膜贴附情况的评估价值

摘　　要：目的探讨眼前节光学相干断层扫描(OCT)对高度近视白内障患者超声乳化术后人工晶状体与后囊膜贴附情况的评估价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在我院行超声乳化术治疗的121例(121眼)白内障患者,根据患眼的眼轴长度分为观察组(眼轴长度>26.00 mm,63例)和对照组(眼轴长度为22.00~24.50 mm,58例)。比较两组术后的人工晶状体与后囊膜之间残留空间面积、未贴附后囊膜边长。结果术后1 d、7 d、30 d,观察组的人工晶状体与后囊膜之间残留空间面积、未贴附后囊膜边长均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼前节OCT能有效评估高度近视白内障患者超声乳化术后的人工晶状体与后囊膜贴附情况,且提示长眼轴高度近视白内障患者术后人工晶状体与后囊膜之间残留空间更大,或许术后需要更长时间恢复。Objective To explore the value of anterior segment optical coherence tomography(OCT)in evaluating the attachment of intraocular lens to posterior capsule membrane after phacoemulsification in cataract patients with high myopia.Methods A total of 121 patients(121 eyes)with cataract who underwent phacoemulsification in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.According to the axial length of the affected eyes,all cases were divided into the observation group(axial length>26.00 mm,63 cases)and the control group(axial length of 22.00~24.50 mm,58 cases).The residual space area between the intraocular lens and the posterior capsule,and the length of the unattached posterior capsule were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,7 d and 30 d after surgery,the residual space area between intraocular lens and the posterior capsule,and the length of the unattached posterior capsule in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anterior segment OCT can effectively evaluate the attachment of intraocular lens to posterior capsule membrane after phacoemulsification in cataract patients with high myopia,and it is suggested that there is more residual space between intraocular lens and the posterior capsule after cataract surgery in high myopia patients with long axial length,which may require longer recovery time after surgery.
