摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术(RIRS)对复杂性肾结石患者结石清除率及肾功能的影响。方法84例复杂性肾结石患者随机分为两组。对照组采用PCNL治疗,观察组采用PCNL联合RIRS治疗。比较两组的结石清除率和肾功能。结果术后,观察组的结石清除率高于对照组,Cr、NGAL及BUN水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCNL联合RIRS治疗复杂性肾结石患者的效果显著,可明显提升结石清除率,减轻对患者肾功能的损伤。Objective To explore the impact of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)combined with retrograde intrarenal holmium laser lithotripsy surgery(RIRS)on stone clearance rate and renal function of patients with complex renal calculi.Methods 84 patients with complex renal calculi were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with PCNL,and the observation group was treated with PCNL combined with RIRS.The stone clearance rate and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of Cr,NGAL and BUN were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PCNL combined with RIRS in the treatment of patients with complex renal calculi has significant effect,which can obviously improve the stone clearance rate,and reduce the damage to renal function of patients.
