超声引导下髂筋膜间隙阻滞在老年人工股骨头置换术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下髂筋膜间隙阻滞(FICB)对老年人工股骨头置换术(AFHR)患者的麻醉效果。方法100例行AFHR治疗的老年患者随机分为两组。对照组给予全身麻醉,研究组给予超声引导下FICB联合全身麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果、镇痛效果。结果研究组的运动与感觉阻滞起效、完善时间均短于对照组,苏醒时间、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,丙泊酚、舒芬太尼用量均少于对照组,术后1 h、6 h、12 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下FICB对老年AFHR患者具有较好的麻醉效果和镇痛效果,可明显减少麻醉药物用量。Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block(FICB)in elderly patients with artificial femoral head replacement(AFHR).Methods 100 elderly patients treated with AFHR were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the study group was given ultrasound-guided FICB combined with general anesthesia.The anesthetic and analgesic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time and improvement time of motor block and sensory block in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the wake-up time,extubation time and orientation recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,the dosage of propofol and dosage of sufentanil were less than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 1 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided FICB has good anesthetic effect and analgesic effect in elderly patients with AFHR,and can obviously reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs.
