摘 要:目的探讨右美托咪定(Dex)对超声引导下罗哌卡因锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞(SBPB)麻醉的影响。方法100例上肢手术患者随机分为两组。对照组行超声引导下罗哌卡因SBPB,观察组在对照组基础上行Dex麻醉。比较两组的血流动力学、疼痛程度和不良反应。结果观察组T_(1)、T_(2)时的HR、MAP水平均低于对照组,术后6 h、12 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Dex用于超声引导下罗哌卡因SBPB麻醉可保持患者血流动力学稳定,术后镇痛效果良好,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the impact of dexmedetomidine(Dex)on ultrasound-guided ropivacaine supraclavicular brachial plexus block(SBPB)anesthesia.Methods 100 patients with upper limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received ultrasound-guided ropivacaine SBPB,and the observation group received Dex anesthesia on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics,pain degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The HR and MAP levels at T_(1)and T_(2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 6 h and 12 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dex applied in ropivacaine ultrasound-guided SBPB anesthesia can maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients,and has good postoperative analgesic effect without increasing adverse reactions.
