雷公藤多苷片联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑块状银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多苷片联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果。方法70例斑块状银屑病患者随机分为两组。参照组给予NB-UVB治疗,联合组给予雷公藤多苷片联合NB-UVB治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为85.71%,明显高于参照组的62.86%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的TNF-α、TARC、IL-17水平均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合NB-UVB治疗斑块状银屑病的效果显著,能明显减轻患者的机体炎性反应,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods 70 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with NB-UVB,and the combined group was treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with NB-UVB.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 85.71%,significantly higher than 62.86%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,TARC and IL-17 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant effect and high safety,which can obviously relieve the inflammatory response of patients.
