川芎、白芷破壁饮片对瘀血头痛型偏头痛患者的疗效及炎症标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的研究川芎、白芷破壁饮片对瘀血头痛型偏头痛患者的疗效及炎症标志物的影响。方法瘀血头痛型偏头痛的患者随机分为两组。在标准西医治疗基础上,对照组接受川芎、白芷饮片治疗,试验组接受川芎、白芷破壁饮片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症标志物。结果试验组的总有效率为90.5%,高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。与治疗前对比,两组的中医证候积分、超敏C反应蛋白均降低,试验组的同型半胱氨酸降低(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论川芎、白芷破壁饮片能有效治疗瘀血头痛型偏头痛,其效果优于传统饮片,且能改善炎症标志物。Objective To study the impact of Chuanxiong and Baizhi wall-broken decoction pieces on the efficacy and inflammatory markers of migraine patients with blood stasis headache type.Methods Migraine patients with blood stasis headache type were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of standard Western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with Chuanxiong and Baizhi decoction pieces,while the experimental group was treated with Chuanxiong and Baizhi wall-broken decoction pieces.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.5%,higher than 72.5%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein decreased in both groups,and homocysteine decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Chuanxiong and Baizhi wall-broken decoction pieces can effectively treat migraine with blood stasis headache type,with better efficacy than traditional decoction pieces,and can improve inflammatory markers.
