清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的临床效果。方法60例AP患者随机分为两组。对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,联合组给予清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,联合组的中医证候积分以及血清PCT、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清胰汤联合奥曲肽治疗AP的临床效果显著,可缓解患者的不适症状,减轻患者的机体炎性反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 60 patients with AP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with octreotide,and the combined group was treated with Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of AP has significant clinical effect,which can relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients and reduce the body inflammatory response of patients.
