尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊对老年糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗老年糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法60例老年糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组。参照组给予百令胶囊治疗,研究组给予尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗。比较两组的肾功能指标、炎性因子和不良反应。结果治疗12周后,研究组的血清SCr、BUN、Cys-C、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊可明显改善老年糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能和微炎症状态。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with Bailing capsules,and the study group was treated with Niaoduqing granules combined with Bailing capsules.The renal function indicators,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum SCr,BUN,Cys-C,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsule can significantly improve the renal function and micro-inflammatory state of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.
