血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平与丙型肝炎患者肝功能损伤程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平与丙型肝炎患者肝功能损伤程度的相关性。方法选取124例丙型肝炎患者纳入观察组,124例健康体检者纳入对照组,比较两组入院时的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平。比较观察组中不同严重程度肝功能损伤患者入院时的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平,分析三者与肝功能损伤程度的相关性。结果观察组入院时的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中,A级、B级、C级肝功能损伤患者的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平依次升高(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,丙型肝炎患者入院时的血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平与其肝功能Child-Pugh分级呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平与丙型肝炎患者肝功能损伤程度密切相关,血清hs-CRP、IL-6、ALT水平越高则患者肝功能损伤越严重。Objective To analyze the correlations of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)with the degree of liver function damage in patients with hepatitis C.Methods 124 patients with hepatitis C were selected as the observation group,124 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,and the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT at admission were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT at admission in patients with different degree of liver function damage in the observation group were compared,and the correlations between the three indicators and the degree of liver function damage were analyzed.Results The levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT in patients with grade A,grade B and grade C liver function damage increased in turn(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT in patients with hepatitis C at admission were significantly positively correlated with their Child-Pugh classification of liver function(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT are closely related to the degree of liver function damage in patients with hepatitis C.The higher the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and ALT are,the more serious the liver function damage is.
