双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的效果。方法80例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿根据用药方法的不同分为参照组(蒙脱石散)和研究组(双歧杆菌四联活菌片+蒙脱石散),比较两组的疗效、炎性因子、肠道菌群情况。结果治疗1周后,研究组的总有效率高于参照组,血清炎性因子水平均低于参照组,肠道菌群优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗轮状病毒感染性腹泻可明显减轻患儿的炎性反应,改善肠道菌群环境。Objective To explore the effect of bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods According to different medication methods,80 children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea were divided into the reference group(montmorillonite powder)and the study group(bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets+montmorillonite powder).The efficacy,inflammatory factors and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the levels of serum inflammatory factors were lower than those of the reference group,and the intestinal floras were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablet combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of rotavirus infectious diarrhea can obviously relieve the inflammatory response and improve the intestinal flora environment of children.
