摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量咪唑安定联合丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼全身麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法80例妇科腹腔镜手术患者根据麻醉方法的不同分为两组。参照组接受丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼全身麻醉,研究组接受小剂量咪唑安定联合丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼全身麻醉。比较两组的麻醉相关指标、血流动力学指标以及不良反应。结果研究组的麻醉起效时间、呼吸恢复时间和术后完全苏醒时间均短于参照组,T_(1)、T_(2)时的HR、MAP水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量咪唑安定联合丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼全身麻醉应用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的效果显著,有利于维持患者手术时的血流动力学稳定,安全性高。Objective To explore the application effect of low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil general anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods.The reference group received general anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil,and the study group received general anesthesia with low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil.The anesthesia related indicators,hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia onset time,respiratory recovery time and postoperative complete recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the HR and MAP levels at T_(1)and T_(2)were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil general anesthesia applied in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery has significant effect,which is conducive to maintaining the hemodynamic stability of patients during surgery and has high safety.
