夫西地酸乳膏与异维A酸胶囊联合治疗细菌性毛囊炎的效果及对炎性指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析夫西地酸乳膏联合异维A酸胶囊治疗细菌性毛囊炎的临床效果。方法88例细菌性毛囊炎患者随机分为两组。对照组给予夫西地酸乳膏治疗,观察组给予夫西地酸乳膏联合异维A酸胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状积分、炎性指标。结果治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率、毛囊炎相关症状积分以及IL-8、INF-γ水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夫西地酸乳膏与异维A酸胶囊联合治疗细菌性毛囊炎的效果显著,可缓解临床症状,改善炎性指标。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsule in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis.Methods 88 patients with bacterial folliculitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream,and the observation group was treated with fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsules.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,score of symptoms related to folliculitis,and the levels of IL-8 and INF-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fusidic acid cream combined with isotretinoin capsule in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis has significant effect,which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve inflammatory indicators.
