生物-心理-社会一体化护理对难治性高血压患者负性情绪、自我管理能力及血压水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生物-心理-社会一体化护理用于难治性高血压患者的效果。方法120例难治性高血压患者随机分为两组。参照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在参照组基础上给予生物-心理-社会一体化护理。比较两组的负性情绪、自我管理能力、血压水平。结果干预2个月后,研究组的HAMD、HAMA评分以及SBP、DBP水平均低于参照组,CDSMS评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论生物-心理-社会一体化护理可明显缓解难治性高血压患者的负性情绪,提高其自我管理能力,改善血压水平。Objective To explore the effect of bio-psycho-social integrated nursing applied in patients with refractory hypertension.Methods 120 patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given bio-psycho-social integrated nursing on the basis of the reference group.The negative emotion,self-management ability and blood pressure level were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores,and the levels of SBP and DBP of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the CDSMS score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bio-psycho-social integrated nursing can obviously alleviate the negative emotions of patients with refractory hypertension,improve their self-management ability and improve their blood pressure level.
