摘　　要：目的探讨医护联合查房结合AIDET沟通模式应用于胸腔镜肺癌切除术患者的效果。方法104例胸腔镜肺癌切除术患者分为两组。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用医护联合查房结合AIDET沟通模式干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的术后恢复指标均优于对照组,ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护联合查房结合AIDET沟通模式可促进胸腔镜肺癌切除术患者的术后恢复,提高其自护能力,缓解其不良情绪。Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model applied in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.Methods A total of 104 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection were divided into two groups.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative recovery indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the scores of ESCA dimensions were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse joint ward rounds combined with AIDET communication model can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection,improve their self-care ability and alleviate their negative emotion.
