疼痛护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法92例颈椎病患者随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施疼痛护理。比较两组的疼痛程度、病情严重程度、睡眠质量。结果护理后,观察组静息时、活动时的NRS评分均显著低于对照组,CASCS量表的症状、体征、工作生活能力评分均显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理应用于颈椎病患者可有效减轻其疼痛程度和病情严重程度,显著其改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of pain care in patients with cervical spondylosis and its impact on sleep quality.Methods 92 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain care on the basis of routine nursing.The pain degree,severity of the disease and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the NRS scores at rest and during activity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of symptoms,physical signs,and work and life abilities of the CASCS scale were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain care applied in patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively relieve their pain degree and severity of the disease,and obviously improve their sleep quality.
