摘　　要：新发展格局下,实施扩大内需战略是畅通国内大循环的重要条件。从理论逻辑上看,内需消费是生产的动力,是生产目的的实现,也是社会再生产过程的发展;从时代特征上看,在新时代新发展格局下,扩大内需战略是实现共同富裕的根本导向,是构建新发展格局的现实基础,是推动高质量发展的重要内容,也是建立现代化产业体系的战略支撑,更是加快科技创新的内在动力。因此,要深刻理解实施扩大内需战略的重大意义,将构建现代化产业体系、优化收入分配格局、深化体制机制改革、持续扩大对外开放作为重要突破口,深入贯彻实施扩大内需战略,促进我国经济健康平稳可持续发展。Under the new development pattern,the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand is an important condition for boosting the domestic economy.Domestic consumption is a force driving production,the realization of the purpose of production,and the development of the social reproduction process.Under the new era and new development pattern,the strategy of expanding domestic demand is the fundamental orientation to achieve common prosperity,the practical foundation for building a new development pattern,an important content of promoting high-quality development,strategic support for the establishment of a modern industrial system,and an internal driving force for accelerating scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the great significance of implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand,and take the establishment of a modern industrial system,the optimization of the income distribution pattern,the deepening of reform of systems and mechanisms,and the continuous expansion of opening up to the outside world as an important breakthrough to thoroughly implement the strategy of expanding domestic demand.
