摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代的硬道理,绿色是高质量发展的底色,发展新质生产力就是发展绿色生产力,其背后具有深刻的生态意蕴。从生态内涵来看,相较传统生产力,新质生产力是以构成要素的优化组合为内核驱动、数字科技和绿色科技为技术支撑、人与自然和谐共生为价值目标、创新发展体系生态性为内生特点的具备新质态内涵的先进生产力。从生态思维来看,是由唯物辩证思维、绿色发展思维和生态系统思维作为发展经济的战略思维引领。从生态指向来看,着眼于人与自然、自然内部及人与人的关系,要践行绿色发展的生态价值观;着眼于产业未来发展方向,要推动产业创新与生态向度相一致;着眼于时代发展,要深化经济改革创新以满足人民的美好生态和生活需要。High-quality development is the paramount principle of the new era,and green development is the defining feature of high-quality development.Developing new quality productive forces is essentially the same as developing green productivity,which has profound ecological implications.From the perspective of ecological connotation,compared with traditional productive forces,the new quality productive forces are advanced productive forces with new qualitative connotation,and they are driven by the optimal combination of constituent elements and supported by digital technology and green technology,with the value goal of harmonious coexistence of man and nature and the endogenous feature of the ecology of the innovation and development system.From the perspective of ecological thinking,the materialist dialectical thinking,the green development thinking and the ecosystem thinking are regarded as strategic thinking guidance for economic development.From the perspective of ecological orientation,it is necessary to focus on the relationship between man and nature,within nature,and between man and man to practice the ecological values of green development,focus on the future industrial development direction to promote industrial innovation to be consistent with the ecological dimension.
