摘　　要：目的:探讨社交网站体像比较对大学生运动依赖的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用社交网站体像比较问卷、运动依赖量表、社会体格焦虑量表和自尊量表,对900名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)社交网站体像比较和运动依赖显著正相关;(2)社会体格焦虑在社交网站体像比较与运动依赖之间起中介作用;(3)自尊调节了中介模型的前半路径。具体而言,自尊水平越高,社交网站体像比较对社会体格焦虑的正向预测作用越弱。结论:社交网站体像比较会通过引发社会体格焦虑增加运动依赖的风险,而提高自尊水平可以缓解社交网站体像比较对社会体格焦虑的影响。Objective:To explore the effect of social network site appearance comparison on college students'exercise dependence,as well as the mediating role of social physique anxiety and the moderating role of self-esteem.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted with 900 college students using the social network site appearance comparison questionnaire,the exercise dependence scale,the social physique anxiety scale,and the self-esteem scale.Results:Social network site appearance comparison and exercise dependence were significantly and positively correlated;②Social physique anxiety mediated the association between social network site appearance comparison and exercise dependence;③Self-esteem moderated the first half of the path of the mediation model.Specifically,the higher the level of self-esteem,the weaker the positive predictive effect of social network site appearance comparison on social physique anxiety.Conclusion:Social network site appearance comparison increases the risk of exercise dependence by triggering social physique anxiety,whereas increasing self-esteem levels mitigates the effect of social network site appearance comparison on social physique anxiety.
