摘 要:目的:对心理健康素养问卷成人简式版(mental health literacy questionnaire-short version for adults,MHLqSVa)进行中文修订,并检验其在中国大学生群体中的信效度。方法:在大学生群体中回收有效问卷1541份,采用“心理问题识别”测试成绩、贬低-歧视感知量表、专业心理求助态度简版量表、专业心理求助污名问卷、心理健康促进知识量表、患者健康问卷和广泛性焦虑量表作为效标,4周后随机抽取80人进行重测。结果:该问卷16个项目的区分度良好。验证性和探索性因素分析表明四因素模型结构良好,问卷包含心理健康问题知识、错误信念/刻板印象、求助和急救技能以及自助策略4个维度。问卷和各维度的Cronbach’sα系数在0.71~0.95之间,重测信度在0.72~0.82之间。问卷总分与各效标得分显著相关。结论:心理健康素养问卷成人简式版具有良好的信效度,可以作为测量大学生心理健康素养的可靠工具。Objective:To revise the Chinese version of mental health literacy questionnaire-short version for adults(MHLq-SVa)and examine the structure and psychometric properties in college students.Methods:An online questionnaire booklet was distributed to 1541 college students,and 80 of them participated in a repeated measurement at four-week intervals.Students'score of psychological problems identification test,perceived devaluation-discrimination scale(PDDS),attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help scale-short form(ATSPPH-SF),questionnaire of stigma for seeking professional psychological help(SSPPH),mental health-promoting knowledge scale(MHPK-10),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),and 7-item generalized anxiety disorder questionnaire(GAD-7)were used as criteria.Results:The 16 items exhibited good discrimination.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed a well-fitting four-factor model,indicating that the Chinese version of MHLq-SVa consisted of four dimensions:knowledge of mental health problems,erroneous beliefs/stereotypes,help-seeking and first-aid skills,and self-help strategies.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients for the questionnaire and its dimensions ranged from 0.71 to 0.95,and the retest reliabilities ranged from 0.72 to 0.82.The total score of the questionnaire was significantly correlated with the scores of each criterion.Conclusion:Our findings supported the use of the Chinese version of MHLq-SVa as a reliable and valid instrument for studies of mental health literacy in Chinese college students.
