摘 要:目的:探讨曼陀罗绘画对初中生自我意识及情绪的影响。方法:将22名有改变自我意愿的初中生作为实验组,接受为期10周的曼陀罗绘画团体辅导。随机选择22名初中生为控制组,不进行实验处理。辅导前后分别进行儿童自我意识量表、正性-负性情绪量表、痛苦表露指数评估。结果:辅导后,实验组自我意识的行为、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群维度及自我意识总分、正性情绪得分显著提高;实验组自我意识的躯体外貌与属性、焦虑维度及自我意识总分、正性情绪得分显著高于控制组。初中生曼陀罗作品较少呈现情结,更多呈现自我状态与自性的激活。结论:曼陀罗绘画对初中生自我意识及正性情绪有显著影响,充分发挥曼陀罗绘画优势可助力青少年自我发展与自性激活。Objective: To explore the effect of Mandala drawing on self-consciousness and emotion of junior middle school students. Methods: 44 junior middle school students were assigned to an experimental group and a control group. Junior middle school students in the experimental group participated a 10-week group intervention program. Children's selfconsciousness scale, the positive and negative affect scale and the distress disclosure index were administered to the two groups before and after the program. Results: Compared with pre-training, the experiment group's score of behavior, physical appearance and properties, anxiety, gregarious, the overall level of self-consciousness and positive emotion was significantly increased, the experimental group's score of physical appearance and properties, anxiety, positive emotion was significantly higher than those in the control group. Works of mandala showed less complex and more self-state and selfactivation. Conclusion: Mandala drawing has obviously effects on self-consciousness and positive emotion of junior middle school students. School can make full play of mandala drawing to promote the development of self and the activation of self.
