摘 要:回流燃烧室燃烧流场复杂,为了获得其流动、燃烧特性及壁面温度分布,本文基于开源流体力学计算平台OpenFOAM,考虑燃烧室内场与火焰筒壁面的换热,开发了两相喷雾燃烧-流热固耦合求解器,对某型回流燃烧室壁温进行了数值研究。计算结果表明:采用基于OpenFOAM开发的流-热-固耦合壁温计算方法能够较为准确地反映燃烧室的流场、温度场及火焰筒壁温分布情况;回流燃烧室火焰筒壁面高温区域主要集中在火焰筒内环的主燃孔周边和掺混孔中部、外环的主燃孔和掺混孔周边、大弯管出口段及挡溅盘边缘,最高温度可达到1000 K;随着油气比增大,火焰筒壁面温度分布特征不变,但壁温显著增加。The reverse-flow combustor has a complex combustion flow field structure.In order to obtain the flow,combustion characteristics and temperature distribution on the wall,based on the open-source fluid dynamics computational platform OpenFOAM,this paper developed a two-phase spray combustion and fluid-thermal-solid coupling solver to perform numerical simulation of the wall temperature of the reverse-flow combustor,considering the heat transfer between the internal field in the combustor and the liner wall.The numerical simulation results show that the flow field,temperature field and liner wall temperature distribution in the combustor can be reflected accurately by the fluid-thermal-solid coupling wall temperature calculation method developed based on OpenFOAM.The high temperature areas on the liner wall of the reverse-flow combustor are mainly located near the primary holes and the middle of the dilution holes in the inner annulus,near the primary holes and dilution holes in the outer annulus,the outlet section of the large elbow as well as the outer edge of the deflector.The maximum temperature is up to 1000 K.With the increase of fuel-air ratio,the temperature distribution characteristics of the liner wall remain consistent,but the wall temperature increases significantly.
