摘  要:以某单头部中心分级燃烧室为研究对象,对其排放性能开展试验和数值仿真研究。试验利用TDLAS系统和烟气分析仪获取燃烧室空间温度及出口污染物浓度,并与数值计算结果进行对比验证,利用验证过的数值计算方法分析相同当量比条件下不同燃料分级比对燃烧室排放性能的影响规律。结果表明:燃料分级比对燃烧室总压损失影响很小;燃烧室出口温度分布系数(OTDF)随值燃级燃料占比的增加而降低,随着主燃级燃料占比的增加而增加;不同燃料分级比下燃烧室出口NO_(x)体积分数相差较大,最低为47×10^(-6),但出口CO体积分数差异较小,最低为8×10^(-6);随着燃烧区域温度的升高,燃烧室内NO_(x)体积分数迅速增加。The emission performance of a single-dome central staged combustor was studied by experiment and numerical simulation.TDLAS system and flue gas analyzer were used to obtain the combustor space temperature and outlet pollutant concentration,and the results were compared with the numerical results.By using the verified numerical calculation method,the influence of different fuel stratification ratios on emission performance of combustor at the same equivalence ratio was analyzed.The results show that fuel stratification ratio has little effect on the total pressure loss of the combustor.Combustor outlet temperature distribution factor(OTDF)decreases with the increase of the proportion of pre-combustion fuel,and increases with the increase of the proportion of main-combustion fuel.The outlet NO_(x)volume fraction differs greatly at different fuel stratification ratios,and the lowest is 47×10^(-6).And there is little difference in outlet CO volume fraction,with a minimum of 8×10^(-6).As the temperature in the combustion zone increases,the NO_(x)volume fraction in combustor increases rapidly.
