基于熵权-TOPSIS法的建筑业高质量发展水平评价研究:以江苏省建筑业为例

摘　　要：为探究江苏省建筑业发展状况,以期找出相应改进方向,从产业规模、增长稳定性、创新性、协调性、绿色性、开放性和共享性7个维度构建了建筑业高质量发展水平评价体系,进而利用熵权-TOPSIS法对江苏省建筑业2011—2021年期间高质量发展水平进行评价和分析。结果表明,该阶段江苏省建筑业高质量发展水平整体呈现稳步上升的趋势。为促进江苏省建筑业在未来得到进一步发展,通过观察各评价维度的史趋性,从增长稳定性、创新性、开放性和绿色性提出了相应改进建议。In order to explore the development of the construction industry in Jiangsu Province to find out the corresponding direction for improvement,this paper constructed an evaluation system of the construction industry’s high quality development level from seven dimensions,including industrial scale,stability of growth,innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing,and theentropy weight-TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and analyze the change of high-quality development level of Jiangsu Province’s construction industry from 2011 to 2021.The result shows an upward trend in the high quality development of Jiangsu Province’s construction industry during this period.In order to promote the construction industry in Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward corresponding recommendations from stability of growth,innovativeness,openness and greenness after observing the historical tendency of each evaluation dimension.
