摘 要:数字经济正在催发建筑业的数字化变革,打破建筑企业的数字化困境,有效提升数字化转型绩效势在必行。从组态视角出发,使用NCA与fsQCA相结合的方法深入分析变革领导力等多个要素对建筑企业数字化转型绩效的组合作用效果,系统解析建筑企业数字化转型绩效的提升路径。结果表明:实现建筑企业高数字化转型绩效的等效路径有8条,归纳总结为3种模式,分别为榜样力量驱动型、动态环境驱动型、关怀激励驱动型;运营调整敏捷性在7种高数字化转型绩效的配置构型中均发挥了核心作用。企业应该重视组织运营调整敏捷性及德行垂范与领导魅力、愿景激励与个性化关怀的协同作用。Digital economy is driving the digital transformation of the construction industry,helping overcome the digital dilemma of construction enterprises,and effectively improving the performance of digital transformation is imperative.From the perspective of configuration,the combination of NCA and fsQCA was used to analyze the combined effect of change leadership and other multiple factors on the digital transformation performance of construction enterprises,and systematically clarified the improvement path of digital transformation performance of construction enterprises.The results show that there are 8 equivalent paths to achieve high digital transformation performance of construction enterprises,which can be summarized into three models,namely,model driven,dynamic environment driven and caring motivated.Operational alignment agility plays a central role in each of the seven configurations with high digital transformation performance.Enterprises should prioritize the agility of organizational operation adjustment and the synergy among moral model and leadership charm,vision motivation and personalized care.
