摘　　要：研究林可霉素对兔的毒性作用,观察伊拉商品兔在林可霉素中毒后所表现出的临床症状和病理变化,为兔林可霉素中毒的诊断提供参考。设计试验观察伊拉商品兔在应用大剂量林可霉素后的中毒情况,将8只日龄和体质量相近的伊拉商品兔随机分成数量相等的两组,每组公母各半。在兔饲料中添加林可霉素,按照组别添加药量,低剂量组为(药粉加水)0.4 g/L水,高剂量组为8 g/L水,试验时间为7d。结果表明:两组试验伊拉商品兔均出现中毒情况,低剂量组在96 h内有些发病,试验期间没有出现死亡,高剂量组在72 h内发病,且在发病后的12 h内全部死亡。病兔表现为精神差、采食量下降以及不同程度的腹泻,剖检后可见肺脏出血、胃溃疡和肠道内容物变质、肠道臌气等病变。表明林可霉素可以导致兔中毒,大剂量应用时会使得兔出现中毒死亡。在养殖过程中注意林可素的使用剂量,避免随意加大剂量出现中毒而遭受损失。To study the toxic effects of lincomycin on rabbits,and to observe the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of lincomycin rabbits after lincomycin intoxication,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis of lincomycin intoxication in rabbits.This study was designed to observe the toxicity of high-dose lincomycin in IRA commercial rabbits.Eight rabbits of similar age and weight were randomly divided into two equal groups,with half male and half female in each group.The rabbits were fed with lincomycin,0.4 g/L water for the low dose group and 8 g/L water for the high dose group,according to the dosage of each group.The experiment lasted for 7 d.The results showed that the rabbits in both groups were poisoned.The rabbits in the low-dose group were infected within 96 h and did not die during the experiment.The rabbits in the high-dose group were infected within 72 h,all patients died within 12 h after onset.The pathological changes of the diseased rabbits included poor spirit,decreased food intake and diarrhea in different degrees.The pathological changes included pulmonary hemorrhage,gastric ulcer,deterioration of intestinal contents and intestinal typhus.The results suggest that lincomycin can cause poisoning in rabbits,which can be fatal at high doses.In the process of breeding attention to the use of Lincosin dosage,to avoid arbitrary increase in the dose of poisoning and suffer losses.
