摘 要:创新是引领发展的第一动力,外语能力是创新型人才具备国际竞争力的基础与核心。本研究考察了我国东部地区高校文学学科学生对课堂教学与课外育人、学校的国际化生态的评价以及学生在国际化活动中的参与度,通过分析学生的评价数据来探讨高校外语教师在培养创新型人才方面需提升的能力,即在课堂上要从“灌输”走向“激发”,在课外要既“解惑”且“育人”,在发挥外语优势营造和创新生态方面要从“纯外语”转向“胜任力”,大力加强国际化创新交流的探究与实践。Innovation is the primary force in spearheading development,and foreign language competence is the fundamental and core competence for innovative talents to be internationally competitive.By obtaining feedback from students in the discipline of Literature,this study researches into the evaluation of classroom teaching and extracurricular education,the internationalization ecology of the university,and students’participation in international activities in universities in the eastern part of China.From the perspective of students’feedback,the study analyzes the elements for university foreign language teachers to improve the competence in cultivating innovative talents:in the classroom,the focus is expected to shift from“imparting knowledge”to“inspiring innovation”,whilst outside the classroom,teachers are expected to both“clarify doubts”and“cultivate talents”.In terms of leveraging the advantage of foreign language education to create an innovative ecology,the emphasis is expected to shift from“pure language learning”to“competence building”.There would be a focus on exploring and practicing internationalized innovation exchanges.
