摘  要:波浪产生的巨大纵向载荷是绞吸挖泥船在开敞海域作业时钢桩发生破坏的重要因素。为了减小作用在钢桩定位系统上的纵向冲击载荷而研发的各种柔性缓冲装置,提高了绞吸挖泥船在恶劣海况下的作业能力。论文以一艘带有柔性缓冲系统的自航绞吸挖泥船为研究对象,建立了考虑定位钢桩-主船体-桥架复杂耦合作用的多体水动力分析方法,对钢桩台车缓冲系统在不同海况下的定位能力进行了研究,结果表明柔性缓冲系统能有效减小巨大波浪冲击载荷的影响,可为绞吸挖泥船桩腿和缓冲系统的设计提供依据,并为作业条件和作业范围的确定提供参考。In cutter suction dredgers operating in the open sea,the dominant factor of spud damage is the enormous longitudinal wave load.Various flexible buffering systems have been invented to reduce the longitudinal impact load on the spud carrier and improve their operating capability in harsh environments.In this paper,a multibody hydrodynamic analysis method is built considering the complex coupling effect of the spud-hull ladder.Design loads and positioning capacity of a self-propelled cutter suction dredger with a flexible buffering system are investigated in the time domain,and it is found that the buffering system reduces the impact effect on the spud.The results provide a reference for the design of spud carriers and flexible buffering systems and an assessment of their working capability.
