摘  要:为了减少重大件滚装装卸船作业风险,提出一种基于集合理论的重大件滚装装卸船安全控制综合分析方法。通过对码头、水文气象、重大件、移货系统、船舶参数、压载系统、船舶稳性及强度等船舶装卸因素进行集合分析获得作业关键安全控制因素,划分装卸船作业的安全风险等级。以载重5万吨半潜船在珠海滚装和加拿大基提马特滚卸大型LNG模块为例,对作业关键安全控制因素及安全风险等级进行分析,结果表明,首要关键安全控制因素为船舶载货状态最大、最小吃水与装卸码头水面的交集关系,次要为船舶调载速度、货物上船速度与潮水涨落速度的冗余关系。综合控制好这些因素可有效降低作业风险并增大可作业窗口。LNG模块装卸安全控制研究结果与工程实际吻合,表明该安全控制方法合理可靠,可为类似重大件滚装提供参考。To minimize the operational risks associated with roll-on/roll-off operations for heavy cargo,a comprehensive analysis method based on set theory is proposed for the safety control of Ro-Ro operation.By performing set calculations on various factors including the terminal,hydrology and meteorology,heavy cargo,cargo handling system,main parameters of the vessel,ballast system,ship stability and strength,crucial safety control factors are identified.This approach enables the classification of safety risks during ship loading and unloading operations.Taking the 50000 t DWT semi-submersible vessel carrying large LNG modules for rollon in Zhuhai,China and roll-off in Kitimat,Canada as an example,According to the analysis of the influence of key safety control factors and operation safety risk level,the results show that the primary key safety control factor is the intersection relationship between the maximum and minimum draft of the vessel in loaded condition and the water surface of the quay,and the secondary key safety control factor is the redundancy relationship between the vessel ballast rate,cargo moving rate and the tidal falling and rising rate.A good comprehensive control can effectively reduce the operational risk and increase the feasible operation window,the analysis results of the roll-on/roll-off safety control of large LNG module are very consistent with the actual situation,verifying the rationality and feasibility of the safety control method.The research results can provide reference for the safety control of similar heavy cargo roll-on/roll-off.
