摘 要:为研究安装抱轴式轴带发电机的船舶低速柴油机推进轴系在短路冲击作用下的扭振时域动态响应,以230 kt矿砂船推进轴系为研究对象,基于Newmark-β法,对推进轴系的扭振应力变化、轴带发电机激励和转速降等进行分析。通过实船轴系扭振及动态扭矩测试,验证了动态响应计算模型和方法的正确性。结果表明,轴带发电机短路对轴系各轴段的扭振影响较为明显,中间轴和螺旋桨轴的扭振应力变化较大。研究成果可为安装抱轴式轴带发电机的轴系扭振计算提供参考。To study the response of torsional vibration of a ship's low-speed propulsion shaft system with a shaftmounted generator to the short-circuit impact,the propulsion shaft system of a 230 kt ore carrier was taken as the research object.Based on the Newmark-βmethod,the change of torsional vibration stress of the propulsion shaft system,excitation of the shaft-mounted generator,and speed drop were analyzed.The correctness of the dynamic response calculation model and method was verified with the torsional vibration and dynamic torque test for an actual ship shaft system.The results show that when the shaft-mounted generator is short-circuited,the torsional vibration of each shaft section of the shaft system is significantly affected,and the torsional vibration stress of the intermediate shaft and propeller shaft changes more greatly.The research results can provide a reference for the torsional vibration calculation of the shaft system with a shaft-mounted generator installed.
