摘  要:论文以蜂窝夹芯板为研究对象,对其在重复冲击载荷作用下的动态响应进行数值模拟,并与重复冲击试验结果进行对比,验证数值仿真模型的准确性。在此基础之上,建立了正梯度、负梯度及零梯度蜂窝夹芯板重复冲击的数值仿真模型,研究芯层梯度对蜂窝夹芯板变形模式、加卸载过程及能量吸收特性的影响。结果表明,芯层梯度会影响蜂窝夹芯板各部分的能量分配,进而影响面板及芯层的变形模式,导致各面板最终挠度出现一定的差异,且上述影响会随着冲击次数的增加不断累积。该研究可以为船舶碰撞防护轻量化和安全性设计提供一定的参考。In this paper,the dynamic response of honeycomb sandwich plate under repeated impacts is simulated,and compared with the results of repeated impacts experiment to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation model.On this basis,the numerical simulation models of positive gradient,negative gradient and zero gradient honeycomb sandwich plates under repeated impacts are established,and the influence of core gradient on the deformation modes,loading and unloading process and energy absorption characteristics of honeycomb sandwich panels is studied.The results show that the core gradient affects the energy distribution of each part of the honeycomb sandwich plate,and then affects the deformation modes of the face sheet and the core,resulting in a certain difference in the permanent deflection of each face sheet,and the above influences enlarge with the increase of the impact number.The investigation can provide some reference for the lightweight and safety design of ship impact protection.
